By using Momento, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What Momento Is

Momento is a shared photo album app. You create events, invite friends, take photos during a capture window, and all photos reveal together after the capture period ends.

2. Your Account

You need an Apple or Google account to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts or share your login.

3. Your Content

You own the photos you take. By uploading photos to Momento, you grant us a licence to store, display, and deliver them to other event members as part of the service. We won't use your photos for marketing or sell them to third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

5. Availability

We aim to keep Momento available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Momento is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos or data.

7. Account Termination

You can stop using Momento at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data and photos will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
